The main ingredient of coated lamination overlay is PolyvinylChloride.There are two types for overlay lamination .One is with glue,the other is without glue.At present, most small lamination machines use coated overlay with a layer of thermal glue with which PVC printing sheet stick fast with the core sheet. Its essential function is to be covered in PVC cards from top to bottom layers.The heating and pressure from laminate leads to a very bright surface on the PVC card surface and strong adhesion between the overlay and core.

Steps to make cards：
　　 1.Put printing core and two overlays together, then put into the laminator.（the laminating temperature and time is determined as per the instruction of the machine）。Please be noticed that all glue sides of both PVC sheets and Overlays are put inward.
　　 2.Usually the lamination lasts 10-15 minutes. The pressure is　6-8Mpa.The tempreture is 120-140℃.
　　 3.Cut the card.

Note: Laminate temperature and　pressure depends on actual lamination machine. In the premise of not damaging the equipment,the higher, the better.
